ORDER

It has been agreed between the parties that on payment of Rs. 1.75 lakhs each in both the complaints, the said complaints shall be withdrawn by the respondent.  We order accordingly.  The payment shall be made within four weeks from today.  Subject to the aforesaid payment, the complaints are dismissed as withdrawn.

In case the payment is not made within four weeks from today, the same shall carry interest at the rate of 12% per annum from today till the time the payment is made.

Both the appeals stand disposed of.
