                   Counsel for the decree h older has argued for the claim of applicant for grant of interest on the delayed decreetal amount to him. On the other hand, counsel for the Jd has placed reliance on the Order 21 Rule 1CPC vide which it has been stated that where the decree holder refuses to accept the postal order of payment through a bank, interest shall cease to run from the date on which the money was tendered to him. Hence, as per the aforesaid legal provision, the request of counsel for the DH is not sustainable. Hence, the present execution petition is dismissed. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
