At this stage file taken up on the application moved by the learned counsel for the complainant.             

Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that the matter has been compromised by full and final settlement deed dated 15/02/2018 between the parties, therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. His statement has been recorded separately in this regard.

2.            In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as having been compromised. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
