Learned Counsel for the Petitioner(s) submitted that he filed these Revision Petition(s) against the Order of the U.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (for short ‘State Commission’) dated 22.07.2024 wherein the execution of the Order of the Lucknow District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (for short ‘District Commission’) was stayed till the next date of hearing.  He submitted that there was no application filed for grant of stay and that this Appeal(s) had been filed with a delay of 280 days and the delay as so far not been condoned.

Heard the arguments of the learned Counsel for both the sides and perused the record.

The Order(s) of the State Commission is interim in nature. 

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner(s) shall place forth his arguments before the State Commission on (a) that at the outset the condonation of delay Application should be considered and (b) that stay shall be granted only on filing of a suitable application. 

Let the matter be heard by the State Commission on 21.10.2024 which shall decide the matter on merits.

Parties to appear before the State Commission on 21.10.2024 and put forth the respective submission.  The State Commission is expected to pass a clear Order in the matter and expeditiously dispose of the Appeal(s) as deemed fit. 

The Revision Petitions are accordingly disposed of.

Registry is directed to communicate this Order to the Registrar of the State Commission.
