Stated that opposite parties have pleaded cancellation of allotment of plot in question therefore there is technical defect in the complaint and complainant wants to withdraw the complaint with permission to file fresh complaint. Complainant wants to challenge the cancellation of allotment of plot in question also therefore as per instructions of the complainant I withdraw the present complaint with the request to permission to file fresh one.
