Final Order / Judgement

After arguing for some time, Counsel for the appellants wishes to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file afresh after deleting one of the reliefs. He also states that the instant appeal filed on 03.06.2016, was within limitation. He further prayed that time consumed in this appeal be excluded for determining limitation at the time of filing fresh appeal.

                    Liberty granted.

                    Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn and the period consumed in filing this appeal shall be excluded for the purpose of limitation, at the time of filing fresh appeal.

                    Ordered accordingly.
