ORDER

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, counsel for complainant has stated that under the instructions of the complainant, he withdraws the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh with better particulars and proper parties.

     In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh with better particulars and proper parties, as permissible under the law.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
