At the time of arguments, when it was doubted that whether this Commission has pecuniary jurisdiction, Counsel for the complainants wishes to withdraw this compliant with liberty to file the same before the competent Forum.

                 Liberty granted.

                 Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
