At the time of arguments, the matter has amicably been settled.

                    It is stated by Sh. Gurbinder Singh, Advocate appearing as proxy, on getting instructions from Sh. Gaurav Chopra, Advocate for the Judgment Debtors, that the Judgment Debtors will pay an amount of Rs.1,20,000/- to the Decree Holder/complainant through a demand draft within five weeks from today.

                    The offer made is acceptable to the Counsel for the Decree Holder/complainant.

                    In view of above, this Execution Application is disposed of. In case, the commitment made by the Judgment Debtors is not honoured, the Decree Holder/complainant can get this Execution Application revived and in that event, the Decree Holder/complainant shall be entitled to get the abovesaid amount with interest @15% p.a. from the date of passing of this order till payment is made.

                    Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
