When confronted with some provisions of Buyer’s Agreement dated 23.12.2013 (Annexure C-3), Sh.Surinder Garg, Advocate, Counsel for the complainants wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file it again, if need be, at an appropriate stage.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Spare copy be retained for the office record and all the three original paper-books be returned to the Counsel for the complainants.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
