Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

          He stated that the case had been fixed for hearing on 17.11.2015, which was declared as a holiday on account of ‘Chhatpuja’.  The State Commission told the petitioner that the next date of hearing shall be displayed on the website.  However, the information given by the State Commission on the website was not legible and hence, he could not put appearance on 27.11.2015, when the case was dismissed for non-appearance.

          In the interest of justice, it is felt necessary that the appellant should have an opportunity to plead his case before the State Commission.  This petition is, therefore, allowed and the order dated 27.11.2015 is set aside.  The petitioner is directed to appear before the State Commission on 11.07.2016 for further proceedings.
