                   None for the Judgment Debtor-opposite party. 

                   Today the case was fixed for awaiting orders from Hon’ble National Commission. None has put in appearance on behalf of the Decree Holder-complainant. Record reveals that the present matter pertains to the year, 2019 but neither the Decree Holder-complainant nor his counsel has appeared before this Commission for the last two consecutive dates of hearing. Moreover, today again case was called several times since morning but none has bothered to appear on behalf of Decree Holder-complainant before this Commission. It is already 2.00 P.M. It appears that Decree Holder-complainant is not interested to pursue further with the present complaint. Hence, the present execution application is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to records.
