Sh. Rajeev Tomar, Advocate is present on behalf of the appellant.

An application dated 07.11.2017 has been moved on behalf of the appellant to withdraw the appeal, as the appellant and respondent No. 1 – complainant have arrived at a compromise and the amount of Rs. 72,000/- has been received by the respondent No. 1 – complainant and he has acknowledged the receipt of the said amount in the application dated 07.11.2017 moved by the appellant with a prayer to withdraw the appeal.

In view of above, application is allowed.  Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The demand draft of Rs. 25,000/- submitted by the appellant towards statutory deposit at the time of filing the appeal, be returned to the appellant.
