This case record is taken up for consideration in the matter of passing order in respect of the petition filed by the complainant / applicant for addition of parties.  No written objection has been filed against the said application.

Heard both sides.  Considered submission.

Perused the application filed by the complainant / applicant under Order 1  Rule 10(2) read with  Section 151 of C.P.C.

After going through the matter of this case record this District Commission finds that  for the interest of proper adjudication of this case the above noted prayer  of the complainant / applicant  can be allowed.

In the result, it is accordingly

That this MA Case No. 28/2023 be and the same is allowed on contest.  Let the names of the parties which have been depicted in the schedule of the petition dt. 23.02.2023 be incorporated in the Cause Title of the complaint petition.

Let the complaint petition  be amended  accordingly.

In the light of the observation made above this MA Case is disposed of.

Issue notice upon the added parties.
