ORDER

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that she has filed this Revision Petition against the Order of the M.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (for short ‘State Commission’) dated 16.07.2024 which dismissed her Appeal on the ground of non-prosecution.  She submitted that on that date, the matter was listed under Hybrid hearing.  Due to technical fault, she could not login for the Hybrid hearing.  Further, she submitted that she was appearing on the previous dates.  Her non-appearance was not willful or intentional.  She needs to be heard on merits.

On perusal of the record and after hearing the submission made, the Revision Petition is remanded to the State Commission which shall hear the matter on merits subject to a cost of Rs.2,000/- to be deposited in the legal aid fund of the State Commission.

The Order of the State Commission dated 16.07.2024 is set aside.

Parties to appear before the State Commission on 12.11.2024.

The Revision Petition is accordingly disposed of.
