ORDER

Heard. On the last date of hearing also, there was no appearance on behalf of respondent. This is an application for restoration of the petition which was dismissed in default on 01.08.2012. It transpires from the record that after dismissal of the petition, the counsel for the petitioner had appeared before this Commission on that very day. In view of this, we allow the application for restoration. Petition stand restored. Stand over to 19th March 2014 for admission hearing.
