1.       Learned counsel for the appellants submits on instructions that the matter has been settled between the parties. Learned counsel for the respondents confirms on instructions that the matter has been settled.   

2.       No comments of this Commission on the contents and ingredients of the settlement said to have been arrived at. 

3.       Learned counsel for the appellants further submits on instructions that the appellants do not wish to pursue their appeal any more and wish to withdraw the same.  

4.       In the wake of the above submissions the instant first appeal no. 472 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn, without the option to file it again before this Commission.

5.    The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the appeal and to their learned counsel within three days. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission today itself.
