The complaint is allowed in part with cost of Rs.1,000/- and a direction to the 2^nd opponent to work out and calculate the amount payable after deduction the annexure charges mentioned in the policy and to pay that amount within in 8 weeks from the date of order, failing which the entire Rs.1,50,000/- shall be paid to complainant with cost at 12% from the date of the complaint.
