        In view of order no.22 darted 17/01/2023 of C.C. case No.CC/272/2019 one petition is filed on behalf of O.p. nos.1 to 3 praying for lifting the order of ex-parte hearing on the ground stated which is registered as M.A. case No.MA/13/2023.

       An application of petitioners/O.p. nos.1 to 3 is taken up for hearing. Heard both sides at length.

       Considering the contends of the said petition and the materials on record including the order dated 18/10/2022 of this commission relating to CC/272/2019 in fact this commission is not at all in a position to appreciate the application of petitioners/O.p. nos.1 to 3 and in the result, the said petition stands rejected and thus the M.A. case is disposed of.
