Heard Mr. Ravindra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Having regard to the nature of the impugned order, we are not inclined to interfere in the same. However, it will be open for the petitioner to move to the State Commission for modification of the order that in case the amount is deposited by them, either the same -2- may not be released or if ordered to be released, the interest of the petitioner-LIC be safeguarded. The revision petition is dismissed.
