Heard counsel for the petitioner. There is a delay of 227 days in filing this revision. In the condonation application, it is stated that the impugned judgement was pronounced on 10.09.2009 and the petitioner came to know only when the execution application was filed. This cannot be taken as a good ground or sufficient justification for condoning delay of 227 days. Therefore, on this count alone, the revision is liable to be dismissed. Even otherwise, there are concurrent findings of two Fora below which do not call for interference in exercise of revisional jurisdiction under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 as we do not find any illegality, material irregularity or jurisdictional error in the orders of the Fora below. The revision is accordingly dismissed with no order as to costs.
