          Appellant Smt.Premalabai Fulchand Waghchoure as well as her counsel Shri.V.R.Jain are absent. Adv.Shri.A.K.Jawalkar for respondent No.1 is present. None for respondent No.2 is present.  The record reflects that appellant and her counsel are absent since long.  Therefore on last date matter was adjourned till today by way of last chance subject to condition of cost of Rs.5000/-  but today also nobody for the appellant is present. Therefore there is no alternative except to dismiss the appeal for default. Hence it be recalled at 12.30 for orders.

 

          Matter is recalled at 12.30 p.m. but nobody for the appellant  turned up.  Hence appeal is dismissed for default. No order as to cost.
