OP-2 is present.

Complainant is always absent.

So case is closed for final order .

On proper consideration of the complaint and W.V it is found that complainant purchased the product WIF WALKY on 22/01/2015 on full payment of Rs.3750/- but no detail of teh item os noted in the in voice but complainant has claimed that there is some problem for using the same but op has demand the fact but considering complainants allegation and ops W.V we are deciding this complaint by passing such order.

Hence, ordered that the complaint is disposed of finally by directing the op to repair the said item of complainant deposit it to the op within 45 days from the date of this order but no other relief is granted to the complainant.
