                   Mr.Dinesh Arora, Adv., for the Op No.3.

                

                   Today the execution application was fixed for remaining compliance. Counsel for the Op No.3 has tendered a demand draft bearing No.401345 dated 06.04.2018 amounting to Rs.55,000/- in remaining compliance of order under execution and order under execution has been fully complied with. Complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a demand draft bearing No.401345 dated 06.04.2018 amounting to Rs.55,000/- in remaining compliance of order under execution. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw the present execution application being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
