ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission. 

     An application received from counsel for complainant praying therein for withdrawal of the present consumer complaint as matter has been compromised and complainant does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint. In view of the application, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
