This appeal coming up before us for hearing finally today, this commission made the following order in open court:

                                                   Docket Order

No representation for appellant.  Respondent present.   Appellant also called absent.  During the past six hearings, there was no representation for appellant.   Therefore, the matter was adjourned to this date for appearance of appellant and for filing written arguments of appellant as last chance and for arguments.   Written arguments of the appellant also not filed.   Sufficient opportunities given.  Today it is posted as last chance but there is  no representation for the appellant.  Appellant is also called absent thereby, showing that the appellant is not interest in prosecuting the case.   Therefore no useful purpose will be served in keeping the appeal on file.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default.  No cost.
