ORDER

It is reported that AD card has been received from the petitioner, a number of times, but he is not attending the Commission. It appears that he has changed the address but he has not taken the care to change the same in the record. One of the orders goes to show that he was served on 03.11.2014. It appears that he is not interested in pursuing this case. Notice has also been served to his Counsel. He is also absent.

     

Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 & 2 are present.

Revision petition is, therefore, dismissed in default.

Later on, Mr. B.V. Bhandarkar and Mr. Bharat Swaroop Sharma, Counsel for the petitioner appeared at 01.15 p.m.  They have been apprised of the order passed.
