Learned counsel appearing for the appellant has placed before us a letter dated 1.3.2014 addressed to M/s Fateh Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. through its Director Amrit Singh Sachdeva, re-allotting the subject plot to the complainant.  A copy of the possession letter dated 12.3.2014, signed on behalf of the appellant and the complainant has also been filed along with the said letter.  Learned counsel for the appellant submits that all the disputes between the parties have since been amicably settled.  Perhaps for this reason, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent.

Be that as it may, in the light of the said documents, no further orders are called for in this appeal and the same stands disposed of accordingly.

Statutory amount deposited by the appellant at the time of filing the appeal shall be transferred to the Consumer Legal Aid Account.
