            This application is filed by Sri Mujeeb Effendi, learned Counsel for the revisionists with the submission that now the revisionist has entered into out of Court settlement with the complainant and the matter now resolved in full and final settlement.

            In the said application learned Counsel for the revisionists has made the following prayer:-

“Wherefore it is most graciously be prayed instant revision be dismissed as being infructuous thereby placing the revisionist under a burden of gratitude. “

            Having heard the learned Counsel for the revisionist Sri Mujeeb Effendi and after perusal of the application the same is allowed.

            Accordingly the revision petition is dismissed.

Let copy of this order be made available to the parties as per rules.
