                   The Ld. Counsel for the complainant, on the instructions of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that the complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint as the matter has been compromised with the OPs.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
