ORDER

     A copy of the order dated 29.04.2019 passed in Revision Petition No.7 of 2019 received from the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, and perusal of its shows that OP No.1 & 2 in revision preferred has compounded the matter with the complainant and cheque of Rs.1,32,000/- already stood handed over by OP No.1 & 2 to the complainant and the Hon’ble State Commission ordered that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the complaint is disposed of having become infructuous. Perusal of the record shows that no relief was prayed for against OP No.3. In view of the order of the Hon’ble State Commission dated 29.04.2019, this consumer complaint has rendered infructuous and dismissed as such.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
