ORDER

 

 

1. The present appeal has been preferred by the opposite party for challenging the order dated 17.11.2021 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Rohtak vide which the complaint was allowed ex parte.
2. Counsel appearing for the appellant states that a compromise has since been arrived at between the parties and pursuant to the same, the appellant wants to withdraw the present appeal.
3. The respondent who has appeared in person confirms the factum of compromise and states that he has no objection, if the appeal is allowed to be withdrawn.
4. In view of the above, the appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
6. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the law. The order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
