ORDER

          This is a complaint filed under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 alleging unfair trade practice and deficiency of service on the part of the opposite parties. 

2. The opposite parties have resisted the complaint by filing written version denying the allegations and claims made in the complaint. 
3. The case is posted for the affidavit of the complainant as last chance today. But the complainant remained absent and there is no representation for him. The onus is on the complainant to prove the allegations. But the complainant failed to let in any evidence to prove the case so as to get an order as prayed for. The complainant is continuously absent and it appears that he is not interested in pursuing the matter. The allegations are not proved.

In the result, the complaint is dismissed. No order as to costs.
