            On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant after 07.03.2013. Further as per record, steps were not taken to serve both the parties to appear before the court. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission cannot incline to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
