Perused the petition.

We find that there is no column relating to proposed amendment.

Complainant mentioned in para 3 about change of address of O.P No 4 but it has not mentioned whether earlier address will be deleted or not.

In view of aforesaid discussion it is clear before us that petition is devoid of merits and same is thus rejected.

M.A. 37/2024 is thus disposed of.

Today is also fixed for steps upon O.P No. 1 & 4. Complainant did not take any steps against them, however, one opportunity is given to him.
