                   This case was fixed for 22.05.2023. However, today complainant has filed an application for preponement and withdrawal of the case. Heard. Application is allowed as prayed for and the case is preponed from 22.05.2023 to today. Complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that he does not want to pursue the complainant and withdraws the same.

                             In view of the above-said statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
