The complaint was filed under Section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act,1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. The Notice was sent to the complainant on 28.03.2023 and is seen served as per the proof of the delivery of the Postal Department. The complainant failed to appear before the commission even today. The service of notice to the opposite parties no 2 and 3 is not completed for want of the correct address. So many chances were given to the complainant to furnish the correct address. There is no scope in proceeding with the complaint. The complainant is not interested to proceed further.
Hence the complaint is dismissed as ‘default’ of the complainant.
