        Ld. Advocate of complainant and complainant in person are present. Today is fixed for ex-parte hearing. Complainant files a petition praying for withdrawal of the case on the ground stated therein and complainant also submits that he is not willing to proceed with the case any further.

       In the above backdrop, the instant complaint case is withdrawn by the complainant at his own risk and peril with the undertaking that he will not file any further case in self-same cause of action. Thus, the instant case is closed with full satisfaction.
