ORDER

     Vide her separate statement recorded on 18.01.2024, Ms.Shivani Khareedi, Counsel for Complainants has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, she has received Rs.3100/- through Paytm UPI Reference ID 438412951966 from OPs through their counsel Sh.Bhavraj Singh, Advocate, as full & final settlement in the present case and hence she does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainants, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
