EA No.71 of 2023.

Present:       Sh. Devender Kamboj, Adv. for the petitioner.

                    Sh. Neeraj Rajouria, Adv. for the opponents.

                              

                 On the basis of even dated application dated 19.10.2023, file taken up on today.  Sh. Neeraj Rajouria, Adv. on behalf of the opponents is also present before this Commission and he signed the application dated 19.10.2023. On 10.10.2023, the opponents had deposited Rs.54,500/-, in the name the President of this Commission by account payee cheque and the cheque deposited by the opponents has been cleared, as per the report of the Accountant of this Commission.  The amount of Rs. 54,500/- is lying undisbursed before the Commission and same is hereby ordered to be paid to the petitioner Smt. Anu W/o Sh. Rahul Kamboj, through account payee cheque, against proper receipt, after due verification of the identity, such as retaining photocopy of her adhar card, pan card or another solid identity proof and record of the execution petition is hereby ordered to be consigned to the records, treating it fully satisfied. Official who is working as Reader of the Commission is directed to incorporate necessary entry in the relevant register, showing the disposal of execution petition on today itself, by proponing the date of hearing.
