             File taken up today on the application moved by the learned counsel for the complainant for withdrawal the present complaint.

             At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that, the matter has been compromised with the OPs, so he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdrawal the same being compromised.

                   In view of the above statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
