Today the case is fixed for notice to the OP-2 as well as consideration on the application for issuing direction to complainant for making necessary amendment. No anyone has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant. Notice could not be issued for want of copy of complaint. Position remained the same on the last six adjourned dates. Case called several times since morning. It is already 04:00 PM. It appears that complainant is no more interested to pursue his case. There is no justification to adjourn the case further for the same purpose as complaint pertains to year 2020.
Hence, in view the above facts, the present complaint is hereby dismissed. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
