Learned counsel for the appellant submits, on instructions, that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the appellant does not wish to pursue the matter any further.

No comments of this Commission on the terms and conditions of the settlement said to have been arrived at in between the parties.

          However, in the wake of the submissions made, the appeal execution stands dismissed as withdrawn.

          The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to both the parties and to their learned counsel.
