The matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs. 45,000/- as full and final settlement to be paid by OP 1&3 in the form of DD to the complainant within four weeks from 26.09.2023.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
