File taken up today on the Miscellaneous Application No.339 of 2023 filed by learned counsel for the applicants-complainant seeking permission for withdrawal of the present complaint.
2. Heard on the above-mentioned application Miscellaneous Application bearing No.339 of 2023. Keeping in view the contents of the application as well as the contentions raised by learned counsel for the applicant-complainant the same stands allowed. Miscellaneous Application bearing No.339 of 2023 is hereby disposed off accordingly.
3. Smt. Sushil Rani, W/o Banwari Lal Kataria complainant in person along with Mr. Munish Kapila, counsel for the applicant-complainant has appeared and suffered a statement that she does not want to pursue further with the present complaint as the matter has been amicably settled between both the parties. Hence, she may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint. Her statement in this regard recorded separately.
4. In pursuance of the statement suffered by Smt. Sushil Rani, W/o Banwari Lal Kataria complainant in person along with Mr. Munish Kapila, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.
5. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
6. Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.
