          Complainant has filed an application bearing No.338 of 2023 for withdrawal of the complaint. In this application he stated that he has settled the dispute with regard to the plot in question with opposite party No.1 (M/s Alpha Corp Development Pvt. Ltd.) and wants to withdraw the present complaint. This application also bears his signatures.

2.                  In view of the facts mentioned above, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

3.                  Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Order.

4.                  A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for perusal of the parties.

5.                  File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
