                   None for OP no.3.

                   File taken up today on an application moved by ld. counsel for the complainant. Learned counsel for the opposite parties no.1 and 2 suffered a statement that the matter has been settled with complainant for full and final amount of Rs. 35,000/- (Rupees Thirty five thousand only) and opposite party will make the payment of settled amount within a period of 45 days failing which opposite party(s) will be liable to make the payment of settled amount alongwith interest @9% Pa from the date of order.

                   Complainant suffered a statement that he has heard and agrees with the aforesaid statement of the counsel of the company. He further stated that he has no objection if the aforesaid matter is disposed accordingly.

                   In view of the statement made by both the parties, present complaint is hereby disposed being settled in GrahakMadhyasthataSamadhan with direction to opposite parties no.1 and 2 to make the payment of alleged amount of Rs. 35,000/- (Rupees Thirty five thousand only) to the complainant within 45 days failing which the opposite parties no.1 and 2 shall be liable to pay the alleged settled amount alongwith interest @ 9% P.A. from today i.e. 16.12.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

 File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
