Defective petition was filed.  In spite of two opportunities given, the petitioner has not removed the defects.

          Since the defects were not removed, the office has listed this petition before the Bench for appropriate orders.

          Notice for today’s hearing was issued to the petitioner on 20.12.2011.  30 days from the date of issuance of notice have expired.  The petitioner shall be deemed to be served in terms of Section 28A(3) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

          Present none.

          The revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
