Present:       Sh. Ajay Dua, Advocate for Decree Holder.

                  

 

                   Learned counsel for Decree holder suffered a statement that he has received payment from JD in lieu of settlement. So, he withdraws the present execution.

          In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the decree holder, the present execution is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being settled. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                             File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
