ORDER

 

            This order will dispose of the application filed by M/s Emaar MGF Land Limited praying therein that it be permitted to deposit a sum of Rs.3,25,000/- being 50% of the amount of Rs.7,00,000/- including the amount already deposited at the time of filing the appeal as per the directions of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, vide order dated 5.12.2012.

            Vide order dated 5.12.2012 passed in FA/392/2012, the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, was pleased to stay the operation of the impugned order subject to deposit of the amount as per the terms mentioned above. In these circumstances, the applicants/OPs are permitted to deposit the amount of Rs.3,25,000/-. The draft of Rs.3,25,000/- bearing draft No.051229, dated 26.12.2012 drawn on The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, be deposited in the account of District Forum, in the shape of F.D.R in a Nationalised Bank, having maximum interest, for a period of one year, to be renewed from time to time, if needed. The application stands disposed of accordingly.

            Copy of this order be placed on record of the Execution Petition file, if any.

            Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
